Printing Refund Policy
Please ensure when adding credit to your printing account, you choose the correct amount you want to top up. Incorrect top-ups are non-refundable or transferable. The university does not provide cash refunds for print credit.
Print credit refunds will only be provided on the following basis:
- Poor print quality
- Paper jam
- Job has been released but does not print
Print credit refunds will only be considered if reported to ITSU or a member of Library staff within 24 hours.
Print credit refunds will not be provided for the following:
- Wrong print or job settings set by the user
- Unspent credit in your printer balance
- Printing the wrong document
How to request a print credit refund:
To request a print credit refund, you will need to log a ticket using the Helpdesk available on all University PC desktops using the below shortcut.
