How to add Print Credits
You are assigned £5 credit at the start of every academic year while you are a student at University College Birmingham.
Staff are not required to do this as printing has no cost.
1. Log into your Print Portal account at https://print.ucb.ac.uk with your university student ID (e.g. ABC1234567) and password.
If you’re using your mobile to access the site, you will need to click View in Desktop mode
2. From the menu, choose Add Credit
3. Select the amount you wish to add (between £1 to £20) and click Add Value
Please ensure when adding credit to your printing account, you choose the correct amount you want to top up. Incorrect top-ups are non-refundable or transferable.
4. You will then be re-directed to the WorldPay Gateway. Select your payment method (Visa, MasterCard etc)
5. You will then be asked to enter your card details and billing address. Ensure you have ticked the captcha box and then click Make Payment
6. Once payment has been made, you should receive a confirmation message, and the credit should be added to your balance after a few moments.
